We believe the Enneagram is meant to be explored in community.

The IEA Southeast USA is the Southeast Regional Affiliate of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) Global, bringing together people from across the region who are passionate about learning, meaningful conversation, and personal and professional growth. We're here to create spaces where ideas are shared, relationships are built, and people with different experiences and perspectives learn from one another.

Whether you attend one event each year or become a familiar face in our community, we hope you'll find a place where you're encouraged, challenged, and welcomed.

Meet Our Board

Catie Harrison | President

Catie Harrison is an IEA Accredited Professional and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 28 years of experience in organizational development and human resources. She has studied the Enneagram since 2006, with training through the Enneagram Approach, Enneagram in Business, Enneagram Applications, and Awareness to Action. Catie brings the Enneagram into her executive coaching and organizational work to support greater self-awareness, leadership, and team effectiveness.

Lee Fields | Vice President

Lee Fields is an Enneagram teacher and practitioner with a particular interest in applying the Enneagram to personal growth, relationships, and trauma. First introduced to the Enneagram in 1994, she began studying it more deeply in 2019 and continues her training through The Narrative Enneagram. Lee lives with her husband and son, along with their Cornish Rex cat, GoGo.

Erin Odell | Treasurer

Erin Odell is a business leader with extensive experience in financial management, organizational leadership, and community service. For 15 years, she co-owned and operated Odell Insurance Agency and has served in financial and leadership roles across nonprofit, civic, and community organizations. Erin began studying the Enneagram in 2020 and sees it as an integral part of her own growth and work with others. She is passionate about meaningful connection, thoughtful conversation, and giving back to the communities she is part of.

Jenny Byrnes | Board Member

Jenny Byrnes is a certified Awareness to Action Enneagram Instructor, hospitality industry veteran, and founder of Enneagram Edge Consulting. With more than 35 years of experience in hospitality and leadership, she uses the Enneagram and Instinctual Bias framework to help individuals, couples, teams, and leaders strengthen communication and relationships. Jenny is especially interested in practical, real-world applications of the Enneagram that turn greater self-awareness into meaningful change.

Tony Holmes| Board Member

Tony Holmes is a Certified Enneagram in Business professional with more than 30 years of experience learning and applying the Enneagram. Through his firm, 9 True Illusions, LLC, he works with individuals, leaders, and teams in areas including communication, conflict, emotional intelligence, and personal and organizational development. Tony is especially passionate about supporting students and young adults through coaching, mentoring, teaching, and community involvement.

Lisen Roberts| Board Member

Lisen Roberts, Ph.D., is a counselor educator with more than 25 years of experience preparing professional counselors for careers in mental health and school settings. She has studied and applied the Enneagram since 2018 and is certified in the Riso-Hudson approach through Enneagram Georgia. Lisen continues her Enneagram study with leading teachers and is especially interested in integrating the Enneagram with counseling, self-awareness, and personal growth.

Lynda Roberts| Board Member

Lynda Roberts is an IEA Accredited Professional With Distinction and a Riso-Hudson Certified Enneagram teacher. She has designed and facilitated Enneagram, self-awareness, and leadership programs and has served on the faculties of The Enneagram Institute and Deep Coaching Institute. A longtime contributor to the Enneagram community, Lynda served six years on the IEA Global Board, including two years as President, and values creating spaces for meaningful learning and connection.

Ashley Wilson| Board Member

Ashley Wilson is a Narrative Enneagram teacher and Awareness to Action practitioner with more than a decade of experience in leadership development, HR, and organizational effectiveness. She is founder of Leader Design Co, where she uses the Enneagram in leadership coaching, team development, workshops, and retreats. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from Clemson University and is passionate about helping people understand how their patterns shape the way they lead, work, and connect.

Welcome to the Southeast USA Affiliate of the International Enneagram Association! We support the vision of a world in which the Enneagram is widely understood and constructively used. We’re here to learn and grow as we build Enneagram community together.

Our Affiliate was founded in 2017, originally as an IEA Chapter in Georgia. As awareness and use of the Enneagram is rapidly expanding, our community is expanding as well, and we're now the Southeast USA Afflate of the International Enneagram Association. It’s an exciting time to be involved with the Enneagram and part of the IEA!

We encourage you to get involved and help shape our community. Our community welcomes anyone interested in the Enneagram, from newbies to experienced teachers, and everywhere in between, you are welcome. Our programs and resources represent various schools of thought and multiple ways of applying or working with the Enneagram. It is our pleasure to feature new thought leaders and help further their work.
