  : In this interactive and introspective session, uncover your own set of Wisdom Guidelines that support you in the ever-unfolding nature of your life. You have so much wisdom, and this powerful pause and practice will give you the compassionate space to reflect and remember. Join Jennifer Connelly, a global leadership coach, retreat facilitator and consultant, in an engaging and empowering format to relax and take stock, listen deeply, connect to wisdom, and see the self as a work in progress. Please bring a journal and something to write with to the session. There will be a blend of journaling, breakout sessions, and mindfulness woven into the time together.

  A Narrative Tradition Panel Experience

  As Enneagram professionals committed to growth, compassion, and self-awareness, we know there’s something uniquely powerful about hearing the Enneagram come to life in people’s own words. This meeting offers the chance to experience the Narrative Tradition in practice through panel interviews focused on the three centers of intelligence: head, heart, and body (gut). The Narrative Tradition is rooted in self-observation and personal story, inviting us to explore the Enneagram through lived experience. Each center will be introduced with a brief teaching, followed by a live panel. Participants will have the opportunity to share how their center of intelligence shows up in daily life, stress, and behavior. Whether you’re familiar with the Narrative Tradition or experiencing it for the first time, this meeting offers a grounded, experiential way to engage with the wisdom of the centers.

  Ashley Wilson is a coach, speaker, and Enneagram practitioner who helps leaders and teams grow through deeper self-awareness and practical insight. As co-founder of Leader Design Co, she partners with teams to improve dynamics, spark courageous conversations, and build stronger connections from the inside out.

  She is a certified Enneagram teacher through the IEA-accredited Narrative Tradition and holds a Level 1 certification with Awareness to Action. Ashley brings over a decade of experience in organizational development, coaching, and facilitation, along with certifications in DISC, Predictive Index, and Lean Six Sigma.

  Based in South Carolina, Ashley holds an MBA from Clemson University and spends her free time with her husband, Blake, and their two dogs—Hank and Zoey.
