"Personality in the Body"

Special guest: Rebecca Holohan, LMT, RYT

How do our personality patterns live in our physical body? How can we use the power of the mind-body connection to transform our patterns? Join us for an experiential evening with Rebecca Holohan, LMT, RYT to explore how the mind and body work together in the context of the Enneagram. The meeting will include simple and relaxing breath and movement tools to bring awareness to our personal tension patterns and begin to unwind and release them. Leave feeling open and ready for the new year!

Rebecca Holohan, LMT, RYT is a massage therapist and yoga teacher specializing in Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy. A longtime Enneagram enthusiast,  she is passionate about integrating the body, mind, and spirit as a resource for cultivating communities of health, social justice, and peace. Rebecca has a private practice in Decatur and teaches workshops on the mind-body connection.
