Our 2020 theme is “Living with the Enneagram” and we will once again be meeting virtually as we practice social distancing. For this meeting, Seth Creekmore will be joining IEA GA board member Kevin Smith in a conversation about somatic tools for coping with COVID-19, including breath-work and meditation practices based on Enneagram centers. We will also break out for small group discussions. This meeting will be free of charge for all who would like to join via ZOOM.
