Exploring the Enneagram Harmonics / Conflict Styles
The Harmonics, also called Conflict Styles, show us what we do when we are facing conflict (or what we perceive as conflict) or when we face problems. They can show us how our Type approaches situations when we feel stuck. Harmonics can also show us what is most likely to get us in trouble.
When we become aware of how our conflict style responds and how each of the other styles respond in different ways, we can be better equipped to communicate effectively when we are in the middle of conflict.
Learning about the Harmonics should be a fun and informative exploration for all, whether you are new to the Enneagram or an Enneagram enthusiast or expert.
