This is a question we all ask ourselves at some point along our journey, and the Enneagram gives us a window into seeing the patterns and survival mechanisms we have used since birth. The good news is once we can see our patterns based upon our Enneagram type, we have a choice and more compassion for ourselves and others. Nina Maples is a certified Enneagram teacher and has been a student of the Enneagram for thirty years. Nina has taught Enneagram classes and is currently a guide with the Enneagram Prison Project, teaching in the jail in her hometown of Louisville, KY.
