Living Beyond Your Type
How are you deepening your heart’s capacity to receive and give love? Specifically, what serves as barrier to your loving and living fully?
During our time together, these questions will guide us as we explore our capacity for love, for the power to be ourselves rather than living life in the automatic patterns of our Enneagram type/ego structure. The choice is ours: shrivel or flourish. The virtues are beautiful companions on this journey of unfurling ourselves and allowing our radiance to light our way.
Experiential exercises and dyad inquiry will facilitate our learning.
