Program Format

Module One:  Understanding the Enneagram From the Inside Out

weekly, 7-9 pm Central, Sept 3 - Nov 12, 2025

Module One, "Understanding the Enneagram From the Inside Out," offers a deep dive into the nine Enneagram Types. Using the nine Type Profiles it becomes clear what is driving the behavior patterns of the Type when leaning into its Defensive Strategy and when leaning into its Gift and sets us up for the change WORK the Enneagram invites.

Module Two:  The WORK, Using the Enneagram for Change and Growth

weekly, 7-9 pm Central, Jan 7 - Mar 11, 2026

Module Two, The WORK, Using the Enneagram for Change and Growth, explores the many ways to use the Enneagram to support us in personal change WORK. Module Two also offers best practices content to assist trainers as they look to develop and offer workshops. 

In both Module One and Two there is a project requirement following the last Zoom sessions.
To be awarded the certification, all requirements for both modules must be completed.
