Reimagining the Holy Ideas for Greater Personal and Spiritual Freedom
with Christopher Copeland and Renee Rosario
You are invited to reimagine what have been traditionally called the “Holy Ideas” of the Enneagram and explore how these expansive perspectives can serve as a powerful doorway into greater personal and spiritual freedom. While the Greater Knowing of each type are received experiences, not to be grasped by the cognitive mind, exploring them conceptually can give a glimpse into their lived reality. We can understand the Greater Knowing of our type and use it as a guide to help us not be held captive by our default worldview.
In this workshop, we reimagine the “Holy Ideas” and explore the interrelationship between these nine “received knowings” through the perspective of the three centers of intelligence and the harmony triads. Building on the work of A.H. Almaas, we examine how the three centers of intelligence speak to an aspect of the nature of reality: the body center as the view of total reality; the head center as humanity in relationship to this reality; and the heart center as participation in relation to this reality.
We will use the “Greater Knowing” of each Enneagram type to touch the deeper truths that are beyond type.
